Orders typically take up to 3 business days (exclude weekend and holidays) to process before they are shipped out.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If a change needs to be made after you succesfully placed an order, please contact us here AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, and we will try our best to help.

However, we cannot promise that we can accommodate to the changes as the parcel might have already been shipped out from our warehouse.

How long does the delivery takes?

Delivery depends on which country you are from and which delivery option you have chosen. 

Malaysia: Typically within 1 – 5 Business days

Singapore: Typically within 5-7 Business days

You may experience delays during festive (Raya, Chinese New Year etc.) or double digit sales (10.10, 11.11, 12.12 etc.). 

Any delay caused by courier/delivery companies are beyond our control. If the parcel has been delayed for more than 2 weeks,kindly reach out to us and we will assist accrordingly.

You should receive your tracking number through email. Kindly check your spam folder if you do not see an email with your tracking number.
