REFUND POLICY


We guarantee Replacement or Refund if the Bamboo products that you have purchased are:

• DEFECTIVE
• EXPIRED
• WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED


How to request for a Replacement or Refund?

Claims must be lodged via the phone or email within (7) SEVEN days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement or refund.  Depending on the claim we may require evidence via email or post. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you will be required to return the faulty item(s) to receive a full refund.  

If you receive a parcel which looks suspicious/damaged/opened, unboxing video evidence is required when you lodge a claim with us.

Shipping and handling fee incurred when returning an item to Bamboo are borne by the customers and we are not liable until item(s) reaches our office.

Exchanges are not applicable for orders that is wrongly placed by customer.

How long does the Replacement or Refund process takes?

Processing such cases may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your request.

Bamboo holds the sole discretion over the approval of Replacement or Refund process.


When will I receive the Replacement or Refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, unless overwise stated specifically by Bamboo and this will be communicated during the Replacement or Refund process.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
